Player Waiver Now Online

Seems like this is a couple years too late, but we are happy to announce that we have moved our Waiver & Release form online.  The link for the player waiver can be found here. You can also find it under Register on the main menu bar.  This is and will remain separate from the RHA waiver that is required.

As has been the case, each player that participates in a TORHS 2Hot4Ice event is required to complete a waiver.  Different than in years past, players only need to do this once a year!  If you participate in multiple events and have already completed a waiver, you are not required to do so again.  The following year, you can simply search for your name and click renew.  It is that easy.  Not sure if you have completed a waiver yet this year?  Simply seacrh your name at the top of the page, and the system will let you know if you have completed the process.

You can complete this process on your mac or pc at home, but you also have the ability to do it on your smart phone or tablet!  Effective immediately, we will no longer provide or accept paper copies of our waiver.

Hopefully this change makes things more efficient.  We have heard from many of you time and time again that is time for us to move this process online.  We like to think we listen to our customers!
