The Black Ice organization was started in 1996 as the Power Play Cyclones, and Jason has been involved in the organization from that point on. His tremendous work ethic with Rapid Fire Arena in Moriches, New York is amazing, and the dedication that he shows to each and every player on all of his teams is another reason that Jason was the original member of our Hall of Fame. As the “bench boss” for one of the top organizations in the country, Jason has led the Black Ice legacy to countless Regional and National Championships. The loyalty from Jason has definitely paid off over the years as we watch some of the kids that he began coaching when they were playing in the Atom and Mite divisions still wearing the Black Ice logo as perennial contenders in the T2H4I Pro Division.
Charles Yoder(2015) – ‘Charlie’ is the patriarch of one of the greatest roller hockey families that our sport has ever seen. The name Yoder is synonymous with roller hockey.

Charlie is the owner and operator of Doc’s Family Fun Center in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. This facility has been in the family for decades, and he does a tremendous job introducing young individuals to the sport. The Yoder Foundation sponsors a Learn to Play and Learn to Skate program that allows boys and girls to get involved for free. He is the General Manager and Head Coach for the Hershey Typhoon program, which has grown exponentially over the past few years due to his commitment and dedication. In the early 1990’s he was influential in forming the Tour Mudcats who have become one of the most recognizable teams in the Pro division. In 2002 Charlie, and his sons CJ and Jami founded the Professional Inline Hockey Association, or PIHA, a professional inline hockey league. Over the years the league expanded to over 40 teams in Pro and Minor divisions’, and is running strong to this day with franchises from Pennsylvania to Colorado.
Matt Koleski(2016) - Matt’s continued efforts to bring our great sport to young athletes as a facility director at Joe Dumars Fieldhouse, the development of one of the country’s largest programs in in the Bordercat organization, and his achievements as both a coach and a player over the years with our tournament series make Matt’s induction into the class of 2016 Torhs2Hot4Ice Hall of Fame a no brainer.

The Bordercat organization is one of the most well-known in the Roller Hockey community, and that would not have been possible without Matt’s dedication to each and every individual within his program. In addition, the tremendous efforts that he has made to produce a high level of integrity from each team in the organization, both on and off the rink is something that does not go unnoticed. Congratulations Matt!
