***PLEASE NOTE: AS WE HAVE IN YEARS PAST, WE WILL ONCE AGAIN BE PLAYING GAMES AT INMAN SPORTS COMPLEX.  PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SCHEDULE TO ENSURE YOU KNOW WHAT FACILITY YOUR GAME WILL BE TAKING PLACE.***

• Please be mindful that games MAY start 30 minutes early.  As always, it will be at the SOLE DISCRETION of the tournament director(s) on site.  We will actively communicate with all coaches/managers to make sure everyone is on the same page. 
• It may be a good idea to have additional coaches ready just in case we need to start games and coaches are still en route.  Please designate a parent to stand on the bench.
• Put an additional goalie on your roster.  Maybe from a younger division.  We know many times teams in different age brackets share goaltenders and we did our absolute best to accommodate that but let's play it safe, eh?
• If you notice you may have an upcoming playoff conflict, try and get ahead of it and speak with a tournament director.  We will do the best we can but can't make any guarantees.   But please communicate with us.  We tried to accommodate every schedule request but when it comes to playoffs it is just close to impossible because we don't know where teams will land.  Please work with us and be as patient and proactive as possible with the tournament directors.
