TORHS NICC (National
Inline Conference
Championships)
The NICC will have six
(6) conferences. The
NICC is structured
similar to the NCAA.
The standings will be
the results from teams
competing at the TORHS
regional events. The
NICC will assist in
proper seeding for the
National Championships,
and give teams and
players goals and
achievements to strive
for within their proper
level of competition.
Stats will be published
on the website
throughout the season.
Points will also be
accumulated at the
Winter Cup Finals.
Points also accumulate
from ANY Regional a team
competes in regardless
of the Conference.
(i.e. a MAC Conference
team from Michigan that
competes in a Texas
(SBC) Regional will
accumulate points for
the MAC Conference
not the SBC.-every
game you play in truly
matters!!)

NICC Conference Championships
The NICC Championship tournament is a season ending tournament for each conference, which will be held each year for all teams within the conference to have an opportunity for teams to win the NICC Championship tournament and establish a higher seeding for the TORHS National Championships.
Each NICC Championship tournament will offer AAA and AA.
The seeds for AAA and AA, for the NICC Championship tournament, will be based on the standings throughout the season.
TORHS requires all teams to participate in a minimum of two (2) regionals to qualify for AAA and AA for the NICC Championship tournaments. If not, all other teams will be required to play AAA at the NICC Championship tournament.
Teams must have 50 percent of players on team to accumulate points.
Roster Restrictions
- Rosters are limited to three (3) roster changes from the beginning of the season (first regional in your conference), until the end (the NICC Championship tournament for your conference).
- A player may not play in AAA, AA and A in the same Age Division.
- A player may not play on a AA at Nationals if qualified with a AAA team in the same Age Division.
- A player may play in AAA, AA and A in different Age Divisions, if qualified.
A Player must play for the Original Team He/She is Qualifies With.
- Exceptions:
If the original team is not participating at the Nationals, the player may play with another team. If the player receives a release from the original team, and complies with the three (3) roster change rule for AAA. If a player qualified for AA or A and their team is not attending Nationals they can be added only in the division they qualified. (AA or A).
Any Adult Teams competing in the Regional Qualifiers are limited to only One (1) Pro Player, per team.
Pro Players are only players that have qualified for the
